Think he may be talking about pass plus, not ADT . I've not seen many people offer insurance premuim reductions with ADT, even though its apparently very good.

anything below 100quid is for pass plus as you do 5 lessons depending on the price ur instructor charges per hour since u drive at night, on motorways, in snow, in rain, and i aint sure about the last one, then they say hurrar u passed chaching 30% discount. my mate got 45% discount when he got his corsa too bad he totaled it and it went ^^^^ up up up and away

I have done this course with the IAM, Institue of advanced motorists and i passed it cost £70 in total it is a 12 week course 6 weeks with a deicated observer and every other week you go out with a different observer. The assesment at the end is done by a profesinal police driving examiner. It is not a pass or fail but a recomendation to join the club, which im a member of.

Yes.

Also the IAM is excellent... I shall be looking into it once I collect the GOlf... when I bought me CTR it came wth a free advanced driving day with a current police pursuit instructor... was fantastic... he taught me some great advanced techniques (things like extreme engine braking and using the visibility point to see when to accelerate out of corners), like i said, was really good and he sid that was the sort of thing IAM do... so I was gonna do it but then the house an studying took over an the car was sold But i fully intend on takin uit up... it should reduce your insurance but also the fun u get out of drivign
