hi, I have a 1.4 16v 1996 corsa sport and fancy putting a 2ltr xe in! Want to know roughly how much and who in my area could do it? any info would be grateful! Brakes and suspension already done! cheers:o

depends if u wanna do it right, depends if u get a good engine, or buy the conversion kit or use other mounts, fabricate your own, its up to u hyow much but to do it properly i'd get sum1 pro to do it,

just corsa's charge 1500 for what u want if u supply the engine, but they're in england, if you supply a conversion kit and an engine, there's a guy in inverness who will charge £400 to put it all together,

Im after the same sort of thing in the new year, but possibly a 1.6.

Many places in Scotland that you can actually source a decint engine and have it fitted in good time ?

IStarkie how much would you take to fit a let? its all stripped though , i.e. the inlet manifold is off , manifold is off , gearbox is off , and a big pile of pipes and wires lol ,

is it standard i.e intercoolers etc and what box is on the car F20 or 28 wiring not a problem as mine will be feet away to wire it up neatly
