I am also looking for the accessory wire on a Corsa B. Did you have any luck identifying it?

Accessory wire in the car loom is grey with a red stripe.

Or you could cut the blue wire on the headunit loom to do the same.

Two last questions - is the grey with the red stripe located at the ignition switch?

I am using this as part of an alarm for Auto start, so will the Blue do the same. Also, where is the head unit?

I think it does more than supply 12v. I think it also supplies other components essential to the starting process.....

Head unit is the radio......


Why do you want to link the accesorry wire to an alarm?

The wiring diagram on the Alarm requires it for auto start. I guess there must be some element so the ignition system that need a 12v feed during the auto start sequence that are powered via the accessory wire.....

The ACC wire on corsa's only controls the headunit.

You need Start 1 or start 2 wires. One of those stays live while cranking... which is probably for the immobiliser so that the ECU ect doesnt get power unless the alarm is deactivated
