allows more air to enter the intake and also shortens the 'path' the air has to take to get to the intake

mantzel box replaces the standard heavy inlet manifold (silver metal part) as the box is free flowing, it allows air to be send directly through the induction kit into the box instead of doing cartwheels through the old & obstructive inlet, resulting in a 20bhp power increase, allows the air to be send quicker into the engine

originally when they built the GSi back in early 90's the proto type produced more power than the 2.0 16v mk3 astra's, this resulted in vxl reducing the power output by fitting heavy & restricting inlet manifolds

its all about air, i guess this would work well with a vector forced air induction kit?

needs a re-mapped ecu to get the best gains, probs about 15bhp on its own though. my set-up cost well over £1k for just the mantzel and the ecu.

did i mention its for sale?
