My Vectra isn't mint at the minute, but took advantage of my half day off work and been to the bodyshop for quote for repair of bumper and wing. £200 so i just need to find a suitable date to put it in now..
I have a couple of plans. I haven't decided which to use though. Basically i've given them all the rope that they need to hang me, i'm just waiting to see if they tie the knot tight enough...

You must disclose your defence, or it will not be admissable in court...
I work for the crown and if we don't disclose to the defence anything we rely on in court, we can't use it. The same applies to you I'm afraid. Hence all the questions from the clerk of the court.
If you go to trial your ban/point will be the same as if you pleaded guilty, just your costs and fine will be lots more.

Wrong. I must disclose any EVIDENCE that i intend to use in my defence to the court. I do not need to disclose my DEFENCE.

Yep, and i'm skint anyway so £1000 or £2000 fine/costs doesn't make much difference to me. £1 per week for the next 100 or 200 weeks is fine with me.
Filled in my means form while i was waiting to be called in and my cashflow is -£20 per week.

Aslong as you don't wisper anything in you're friends ears, then i'm in with a 50/50 chance.
There are atleast 3 paths that i can take that i am aware of at this stage and i'm reasonably confident that the CPS are only aware of 1 of those - possibly 2.

I'd have to say it without laughing though else face a custodial sentence.
