is there a guide anywhere, mine are abit rusty looking so was going to paint the black so they look better. Any help apprieciated

kinda, mixed a paint with different colours of metal flakes and pearl paints in it, just a wee subtle touch but its cool when people notice it, better than rust too

How long do i leave it to dry? applied second coat at about 5 today.
