looks like it is leaning a little to the right, have you made sure the foundations arent dodgy. On the other hand it could just be a washer you need......

needs a bit of updating but you can not really loose on a house that size at that price.
i would also guess you could build ontop of the garage to extend the house as noone lives to the side of the house.

found a block of 4 flats aswell for £130,000, all with people renting them, looks for somthing to invest in......

bloody hell shows that no one really wants to live in that part of the country you couldnt buy a 1 bed flat here for that ! At least you get a lot for your money.

was looking at flats at the weekend. New builds.

130k for 1 bedroom
160k for 2 bedroom

They were really nice though, so nice i decided to scrap the plans for the ibiza in order to save up a deposit for one quicker.
