i see, i think i may have the option of having it done free or very little expence. may look at doing it.

You only really need it done if your pushing 350bhp. Dunno about you but I couldnt be bothered to remove a set of rods to get this done when its not needed. It does help balance the rods slightly so you may see some benefit from that.
