I seen a few people with retirmed dash boards,
How do you go about it or is it easier to take it to a re-tirmers.

It's easiest to take it to a trimmer, unless you are handy with a sewing machine and cutting templates e.t.c....

I am pretty handy with a sewing machine.
i.e can make curtains etc, don't ask how i know how to though lol.
But how would i get it to stick to the dash.

depending on how youre doing it,
ie if your using leather and are going to pad it with wadding then u need to use spray adhesive to stick the wadding down, then trim the edges, once this has been done the leather only needs to be stuck down on the back, using contact adhesive, probably something in a can, which you apply with a brush would be the best for this, failing that you can always staple the material around the back

Yea, but the dash has heater vents which need to be trimmed around, it is an odd shape so you need to template bits and sew them on, also, stay away from spray adhesive like the plague, use contact adhesive.

my mrs retrimmed parts of mine in cream leather. shes never done anything like that before and the results are very good. The company that have my rear seats atm say she has done a quality job.
The glove box handle, crash pannel thingy, speedo surround, mfd and the part under the steering wheel with the key hole have been done. will take some pics sometime

Well i just got all the stuff now the diacult bit of getting the dash and sound out, the center consale is carbon fiber so wish to leave that and build around it.
