dell only seems to replace it if its out of industry standard.
What is their normal return policy like?
My LG had a dead pixel and I just told them there was something else wrong with it and got it swapped.

I did on my s700i but I took it back into vodafone and they exchanged it. I told them I'd 14 day it and go elsewhere if they didn't

give the monitor a shake side to side.
See if you can move the pixel to the side of the screen.
