got done for not wearin seat belt in my gurl friends car i was driving. just notcied he wrote the reg number down wrong .could i get away with not paying as the information is false

I think a better lesson to learn is smashing your face through toughened glass then depositing you cheek accross some tarmac and coming to a halt in a lot of pain several meters away from the car. If your lucky you could even face plant another moving car.

driving without a seatbelt is careless, you nor your passangers should ever not have your seatbelts on unless taking off a jacket or doing other things pay fine, wear setbelt, LIVE.!

Being in a car wthout a seatbelt is careless and no offence but u deserve the fine!

I was in a accident where my friend sitting behind me didn't wear his, luckily he didn't kill me but there is always the chance

i was behind my wife when we had our accident, she's still off work since 14 aug...very very lucky..i learned my lesson...

i did and do put it on i just hadnt put it on straight away and he had already seen me without it in the space of about 500yds.git.

less of the lectures please people. will just pay the fine its only £30

To be fair dude u should put it on imkediately.. ie before u set off... i oft chastise my friends about this as it only takes 1 yard to have a n accident sometimes :S
