shane, just to let u know mate the car is running lovley. have already had it lowered 60mm and its flying round those bends now mate. got the apex put on there for a smoother ride. have some plans but i'll keep u posted. Only thing ive found strange about the car so far is that it understeers abit, but think that might be just me not being used to no PAS. its so fast though mate, so much fun to drive!!! :-D

nice one, so pleased to hear its all going good!! you are probably understeering due to the super stiffness of the poly bushes! those things really tighten up the handling! keep her sweet for me dude! oil changes regular yeah, i did it around every 5k ok.

u never took it on with the 1400. that engine is a beast. i kid u not i owned a saxo vts the other day and gave a 20gti a run for its money. driver was getting well pissed off cos he couldnt pull away from me and i was just looking over and laughing at him. Dont worry though mate, i dont thrash it or anything, just have some fun evry now and then. The mods u done on that engine have given it some serious bhp aswell. took it to jamsport the other day to get it lowered, asked them to take a look at the engine aswell, he took it for a spin and agreed with me that its alot faster than any sri he has driven in the past!! im well chuffed with it tho mate.

how much does it cost to go on silverstone track then mate. selling the wheels if u want em by the way mate. i know u like em and so do i but with the plans i have they wont suit the car when its done. might be getting a superchip soon also mate, but am holding out to see if i can afford throttle bidies instead. im determined to get the car above 200bhp by end of next year!!

no, the suspension i sold it to you on is standard corsa suspension, i have the lowering kit on my silver one! glad shes living up to expectations! i doubt you will get 200 bhp though! get a performance cam in there and she should hit the limiter in 5th gear! get in touch with a few car clubs to try and get track time at silverstone.

If that was mine, i'd stick a badgeless grille on it, get the black bits painted anthracite.. subtle light smoked tinted windows & smoked lights all round & i'd be a happy chappy!

i want a spoiler but i want one which has been carefully removed from a silver tailgate or a full silver tailgate with spoiler so that the paint is a exact match. Thanks for all the comments! it seems i have a quite like-able car!
