i tired conneting my headunit to my corsa, using the iso blocks (wot eva they r called, lol) and it ejects the cd's but the display does not cum up and it wont play etc, its like the headunit isent turned on but it can eject !!!
please can sum1 help me sort this problem out asap

have you changed the red and yellow wires round like you are suposed to. mind you i dont think this wold help this situation, not sure

the ignition is on, and i have tired changin the yellow wires round, , when its red into red and yellow into yellow it doesnt work at all, but when its red into yellow and yellow into red it ejects the cd;s but will not turn on etc
please help asap

sounds like you are missing a ignition feed when the constant live is connected you should be able to eject a cd without the headunit being on

connect both red and yellow from the back of the radio to the permanent live (think its yellow but can remember) then you should have the stereo on all the time unless you turn it off.

thanks for the help, managed to sort it, (by what you and richie said)
just have to rember to turn it off when i get out car etc, only truble is when i turn igniton on the cd ejects, lol
