you got another programs that stop ad-ware ect like ad-aware, as this closes the page down if its open have a check.

i have add aware but how do i shut it down so that it doesn't affect it?

er yeah i thought so look into the system bar bottom right corner you know were the clock shows , any way scroll your mouse pointer over to the program icon for ad-aware , when you place the mouse over the icon it will tell you the nme of it should be "ad-whatch monitoring active" looks like a oblong shape with a magnifying glass over it, just right click on the icon and choose the option "unload ad-whach" then just re-open the page you wanted and it shouldnt be shut down. hmmm hope that helped.

thanks for your help mate but it hasn't worked??? i also have mcfee and norton, i closed both of them and it still hasn't worked?? do u have ne other ideas?

hmmm dont know mate i belive it is some program shutting it down, or you could just get another browser downloaded i take it your using Internet explorer, download firefox is a lot better. but if you ave shut all the programs down not to sure.
