From HIC. Bearing in mind I paid £1400 two years ago but since have an SP50 and an outstanding claim for around £80 damage to someones astra, they reckoned they'd be struggling to get it under £3000

Crazy. I only paid £1150 fully comp at 21 (took the policy out on my brithday) for my old mk4 astra Turbo.
Same again on the Corsa Turbo, and Insurance on a mk4 gsi Turbo is only £750 fully comp with admiral.

Insurance is so hit and miss.

they will all charge you shit loads due to the fact you have an outstanding claim going on. may aswell wait till that has been sorted then get quotes

Gonna ring about a bit more, get one cheaper than Flux and then go back to them to get it down a bit more. Reckon I'll get that done.

I'm much happier now though.

HIC have really let me down though. Utterly useless.
