7 - seater!! I'm after a 2 and a three seater.

Was also looking at the 'chez long' sofas... i've fcuked up the spelling of that but who cares. One of the seats has an extra bit on where you can put your legs up, was sitting on one round a mate's the other day watching the game and it was lush!!

you can go into places like DFS, go right to the back and they usually have the ex display/discontinued stock ready to buy for cheaper then usual

Failing that, IKEA

i have about 2.5k to spend on a decent double bed and a not so decent double bed... a 3 seater and a 2 seater leather sofa.

Is this reasonable if i look around for deals/ex display stock etc like mentioned above?

that's the only thing we don't have, a dining room. It's gonna be dinner's on laps for us Eventually I'd like to get a conservatory built on the back where we could possibly put a table... not sure yet. One step at a time

it is but it would be quite cramped to be honest. It's nice how it is... I don't mind.

Forgot to tell you, our mortgage adviser is based in Dinas Powyls (spelling) in Wales. We had to go up there to meet him and sort stuff out.

Been quoted 68,400 by someone already but am preying i get the extra 1600! and hopefully a lower rate as ive been quoted 4.99 rasing to 5.99 after the fixed term (2 years) ..... eek!

Ally go and see a person called Steve Davis, he's an independent adviser and is

02920515500

Not sure how big the living room is in feet to be honest, it's not even as though we can get a breakfast bar type thing put up against any of the walls, two sofas on two of them, fireplace on another and big doors leading out to the garden on the other.

4.99 is a great rate, ours if 5.89 fixed for 5 years.

You'll be fine in your living room, get a nice coffee table, couple of big cushions and sit on the floor, on a cushion at your coffee table for your dinner ... sorted

4.99 argh i thought that was poo as someone told me you can get 4.45. Will see what these other guys say to compare

fucking headache or what
