E1 is not as good for storing music as Apple limited it to not effect sales of the Nano
Also the E1's camera is not as good.
Go for the W800i mate I have been waiting 3 month's for mine

If you can get them to drop the initial payment then go for it sounds good

The W800 is a walkman based model of the very successful K750i
The E1 is a walkman based version of a very unsuccessful E398
Plus you can only ever sync it with 1 computer. So the resale value will be poo poo

i would just say that other networks are offering the phone you want free, and that although you would like to stay loyal to your existing network you will move if you have to pay.or something along those lines
