I STILL have no spark, so what components are in the whole ignition circuit:
1. ECU - Already replaced this
2. Wiring loom - Tested for continueity and its fine
3. Dizzy cap - Brand new
4. Coil Pack - Brand new
5. Ignition module - Brand new
6. Crank pos sensor - Brand new
So...theres nothing left. My car is buggered for no reason...
Anyone got any suggestions at all? Can't take it anywhere as it can't be towed or driven...
2.0 conversions are well easy

Are you getting any voltage from the coil when you crank it over? Have you tried all this?

Yep, theres actually no power even getting to the coil pack, it doesn't get that far, its not coming past the ignition module, not even sure if its getting to the plug...

spoken to lee mitchell, he reckons it could be the loom but i've tested the wires going to the module and they're ok...

I had a spark problem but mine was the rotor arm and cap fecked.
Can you try running a small voltage down the igniton wires with the ecu unplugged and check for voltage the other end?
I'm not good with electrics really, thought bout going to an auto electricians, biting the bullet and let someone else have the hassle!?

So why replace, and investigate the components after it? If its not getting power work backwards from there.
Could the donor car have had this immobilised?

i thought it was just a case of snipping the part of the loom with the 3 connectors on it off and soldering in the plug off the corsa loom? then running a switched live to the coil?

Which part of the loom is that? I'm using an Astra GTE loom so it might be different.

I have investigated and using Autodata I tested the actual plug going into the module, and I found a fault there...
There was no current when i tested between the black/red wire and the brown wire. The brown is an earth, which tested fine, the black/red wire goes to the ECU.....this is why i replaced the ECU in the first place but it made no difference.
Only thing that can cause the ECU to not send out a signal is if another sensor is faulty, so what other sensor controls sparking?
