Full list is:

Cheshire
Conwy
Cumbria
Denbighshire
Derbyshire
Flintshire
Greater Manchester
Gwynedd
Isle of Anglesey
Isle of Man
Lancashire
Merseyside
Northumberland
Shropshire
Staffordshire
Stoke-on-Trent
West Yorkshire
Wrexham

Funny how the postcodes work though, some are only bits of the counties listed there, ie. bits of SK are in Derbyshire even though its primarily DE which is belongs to West Mids group. SK was included though as most of it is in Cheshire so is NW.

Its quite a complicated load of data but if you want to have a poke around edit your home postcode in location services with like L1, CW1, SK1 etc and you'll see the counties listed.

i went to the ise of man in the summer, my mate lives over there in onken, went over for his 21st. its pretty schweet, and you can go as fast as you like on those country roads. you can also follow the TT tracki, it has massive arrows up to show you the way, and on each bit of the track there is a sign post to tell you what corner or straight you are on
i fried the brakes on the baja... not hard really seeing as tho it has drums allround
