Ok....
I've used a duel monitor at work for a while now with an Ati card, i didnt buy or build the machine so dont know much about it.
Anyway, there is some sort of splitter coming out the graphics card which sends the video output to two monitors
great...
But...work have bought me a new machine with an NVidia 256mb card with DVI output and this splitter wont fit...
Anyone else on here use duel monitor and know what i need to get them to buy me.

The new machine should have 2 outputs anyway?
Does the old machine have blue connectors and the new one have white?

the new machine has an onboard one that was disabled in the bios, and then card the a single DVI output (on the other machine this is where i would plug in the splitter)

u need a DVI to VGA adapter thing, which should really have come with the card (mine did) but you should be able to get one from ebay... then you can plug the splitter in
