not alot in it, because as you prob know, the "mysticle xe corsa dont handel" doesnt exsist, but the lighter set up is obviosuly better for this type of driving
My mr2 weighs in at about 800kgs, would be an intresting comparison with your corsa, what power is it at these days?

My mate had a 1400 GTi and that was quick back in those days, certainly quicker than 1400 Sport as they went back to back many times. He had a Corsa GSi as well and said the Metro was quicker even though the Corsa was a nicer car. 1800 must be crazy.

1400 GTi's are great little cars, certainly show up a few tepid warm hatches. i remember going down the A414 in my mums, some tailgating twat in a Focus 2.0, and just leaving it

I do rather grudgingly have to admit that the orange Reyland thing does look exceptional and anything that small and light with a modded 1800 VVC lump fitted has got to be a laugh.
That said, I would want a bloody big car park with marshmallow flump crash barriers, or failing that, Arizona salt flats, plus a bubble-wrap race suit, and a triple strength crash helmet with HANS device before I would get in one.
BTW, one of my favouritest cars of all times is the 6R4 which is fantastic (I can testify to this as I have been round a short sprint course in one as a passenger and it was hilarious), and does rather bizarrely actually contain more than a few bits of genuine Metro - so they can't be all bad.
...or can they?

If he was passing you on a side where you had some body damage, you'd have to run him off the track into something immovable wouldn't you
