thought about taking it to trading standards? im sorry but if a company robbed money off me without supplying me with goods or my money back then i would take it further.
if thats the case and he cant help then he sounds like a bedroom company who doesnt care much for customer service.

Hi guys. this is alex. james brother. he's gone off traveling so thats why none of you have heard from him. to anyone who is still waiting for their goods im sorry for the delay on sending them out. there have been a few problems in the last two weeks as i have been unable to work because of a broken arm. unfortunatly there is only a short period during the day when i can answer the phones because as you all know, we gotta earn a living!! if you want to get hold of me it will probably be better to drop us an email on: sales@cargraphics4u.com.

To be fair i've never had any problems with him and he is a nice guy
But, if you are running a business and you go on holiday surely customers should be notified via email if their is going to be a delay on sending their items?
