well the dreaded time has come to change the cambelt before the engine blows up lol, and im not exactly confident that the valves arent bent either. would you buy the timing belt kit yourself for like 60 quid online or whatever and then pay the garage to fit it, or do they charge you around the same price for the kit itself anyway ?

get a quote from a garage, make sure they change the tensioners not just the belt

think its gunna be 150-200 fitted.
yeah the cambelt had been done before i bought it, obviously they must have just changed belt.

is there anywhere you can get metal rollers? plastic ones are a joke! luckily when my headgasket was done they spotted a cracket roller/tensioner
