That are not really self deleting at all.
50 pence for a HTTP form submission in to what is basically a u2u inbox but before you get the message it checks you haven't been before and if you have that its over 40 seconds since you did.

BEst way to do that is the service messages?
With logomanager or something when 8210's were about you could send the one that comes straight up on your screen.
