Only thing against them id say is the reliablility, my dads one went porous @ 56k and you dont want to know how much that cost  (whole new engine needed bascially )

bits fell off it all the time
There was a huge draft in the rear from the door handle Then the rear passenger door nearly fell off
Most was cheaply fixed, as things that failed were just dodgy rover clips/mounts
But the engine was thousands
Worth every penny tho. Such a nice car to drive/look at. Plus the amount of shit u can fit into one in unreal

which brings me onto the fact Dad used to own a company called Roadster that was a motor spares shop and he was a specialist for Land Rovers to the point where him and his brothers new more about Land Rovers than the local Land Rover dealer they ended up doing a deal with the Land Rover dealer that they would do all the spares and the Land Rover dealers in that area wouldnt bother, made himself a lot of money
