are the purpose of these so you can play your ipod through the fm radio without having to connect any wires?
my mate has an i-trip which he says he got from america which plugs into your cassette player and you can play your music through your ipod like that.
anyone know if it's the same thing?

bit different the one which plays thru the radio isn't as brilliant as the tape one as it can get interferance and so on but that said they both won't allow u to turn it up loud without distorting or sounding generally bad
best way to keep the sound quality wud be to get a direct connection from alpine or pioneer if thats the HU u use .etc
