Called up my insurance company today to get a quote for a car Im thinking of buying.
They said there was a note on the system saying the quote I got for the corsa was wrong( Im now 2 months into that policy) and that another £20 has to be added to my payments and will just be spread out over the remainder of my policy.
They cant do this can they?
If there had been a mistake when I called to change it from the bmw to the corsa I should of been told asap by phone or letter shouldnt I? Not 2 months after.

I said I wasnt prepared to pay it and he said he would get a manager to call me to explain why this has happened but Iv waited all day and no phone call yet. Guess they have changed their mind!

shouldnt really be able to do that and if they say that you have to go into them like a ton of bricks and complain that you waited io all day waiting for a phone call from a manager and no call was recieved which shows that you obviously have made a mistake and that there will be no charge!!
