people may know what i mean, but the other day i opened the passenger door, and for some reason noticed that the handle to open it was alot stiffer than the drivers one. (not that this is any kind of problem, just curiosity (sp))
this is obviously due to use/wear and tear, but i was wondering, would i be able to make it a bit "stiffer" to open by getting a passenger door handle from the local scrappy's and putting that one on my drivers door?

on my first car the door lock broke on the drivers side so i used to get in on the passenger side and move over to the drivers seat

haimsey - it still opens the door. just a spring or summits snapped off, but still opens no problem.

This has just happened to my motor tonight on drivers side, I find it annoying lol still opens fine but I liked the solid feel before!

Is it a door card off job to replace the spring or is there a way to do it without pulling my interior bits off the door and unbolting window windy bits and so on? lol
