For me to TB185 the C16 will cost nearly £2k

to turbo it about £1250

alot cheaper to LET it i suppose and theres alot more to do with a 2.0 XE or LET

There are three 1.6 16v Engines C16XE - 109BHP Fitted to Corsa GSi's X16XE - 106BHP Fitted to Tigras and ive forgot the other one LOL

I thought the only difference was the fact of Ecotec and non Ecotec?

Anyway... cars looking awesome pete, cant wait to see it back out and looking slag-ish. Looks weird seeing the before pictures!

if your saying that is the c16 then the migweb quote is wrong because that engine didnt have 109bhp.

so you have an AFM? very odd looks vert x16 to me with metal inlet and all the ecotec gubbins!!

lower diogram looks like x16xel inlet to me yours looks like an x16xe as far as im aware c16's were only found in 1993 corsa gsi's

Ok this is getting really boring now...

End of the day, i dont think its staying standard of the same engine for that matter

yours is an X16XE. also, i cant see an airflow meter in that pic, i can see a map sensor, secondary air pump, sai valve, etc....

not that it matters much, just thought id let you know.

thats a x16xe. i can see the map sensor, no sign of an afm and it has the ecotech stuff on it.
