Gave mine a clean just before the winter while i was undersealing the arches, gonna do them again once winters over...

i had this with my avos lol! so i took them off and got koni yellows. best way imo! coilovers are overrated....

dude your avos were brand new and used in the dryer months, salt is a major bitch on the threads..... soon makes an impact on them

icy, the spray stuff they give u is shooot

its basically a light spray grease.


my fronts are covered in thick cv grease and copper grease and fuck knows wat else.

will look at them this weekend , clean and batter more on.


anyone know if u can get the adjustable platforms for the rears seperately?

well I have not had my car on the road yet (its been in the body shop for a long time) and the FK's are a mess, its never been wet, its never been outside even.

The finish is crap on them and I will be looking to replace them at a huge loss...
