the c16xe cams are better?

c16xe cams are the same. Velos Tuning used to claim they were different but if you go to vaux for a replacement c16xe cam they give you a x16xe one.

x14xe / x16xel and x16xe cams are different.

need them cause mine are worn and they are making a knocking noise from the top, thats all it can be as ive had the engine re built apart from the cams
