Right ive got a new pc as my current one is fooked, I dont want to lose all my music and films/tv off my old one, how easy is it to use my old hard drive on my new computer?

is it just a case of connect it then boot it up?

depends what your new PC is, if they are both IDE type drives, then just plug and play my friend

Sorry another question, the new computer already has an operating system on it (xp) old hard drive has xp on it too, does that make a difference? do i have to do anything?
