Yeah that's him... He's had a few cars since then apparantly... 
I was speaking to someone down the coast few weeks ago when he came and started acting like a tit. I asked them who he was and they said Dan.. I knew i recognised his face but couldnt think where from... Then they said his 2nd name, Eltis - BINGO!

and peopel complain about high insurance premiums for young drivers.....is there any wonder! anyone in car wiht him? i may come park up there sometime to watch him crash

Well that's atleast 2 in the past 6 months...
I was told that he has had 3 or 4 cars, so possibly a couple more too...

there is a time and a place to drive fast - right rebra? - but i cant stand people in sheds driving like that putting other people in danger, how would he feel if he killed someone through stupidity! I bet his mates would be well impressed.
