cars running around 125 BHP, which is the best oil for me car. i know i need 5 litres as it's an oil change.

5/40 too thin
15/40 too thick
but get it from vauxhall, as duno if the stuff from autovaux will actually be proper GM stuff...

thanks paul, will do that, is vauxhaull oil better than castrol and all them other decent makes of oil?

well i dont run anything other than the vauxhall stuff, as do alot of other people
i ran castrol once in my old corsa & changed it after 300 miles back to vaux stuff as it tapped like mad on cold startup, vaux oil never had an issue with!

if it is, then the GTX which went tappy tappy was the wrong viscosity than on the label!

No Vauxhall Oil is AC Delco stuff. probably have their own refinery

I got this from autovaux so there oils sopposed to be GM

All the oils we sell are GM - Please note the fully synthetic 5w40 has been discontinued , we wil be removing it from the website very soon

everywhere sells mobil 1! seen it in tescos and asda. apparently its good, but for £40 for 4 litres it should be!
ive ran plenty of engines, including my current 169bhp x16xe on vaux 10w 40. seems to last a while and never had any problems.
