that is awful ollie and the bloke on mig.
I took my car in for a service on saturday. a road test is part of the service. Came back with nearly 10 miles extra on the clock  and the lad that serviced it was 18 /19 max.

from the car perspective how they treated it etc is simply ot acceptable and your right to go for what ever you can get
and also how you were not informed of waht was going on is alss shit service
on the matter of the part, thats not unusal, and it really doesnt suprise me that stuff like that goes on back order, we had oil filters go on back order last week FFS

I had a bad expierence at perrys in barnsley, they would only let me take it out on one test drive as they though i was taking the piss, or his boss did, even though i was arranging credit with them, and then while i went round to the honda garage and took a look at the new Honda and was given a totally different type of service.
Walked back round to perrys, then was told they had sold the car to someone else, so went to manchester to have a look at another at a different garage where the sales men last words were 'good luck if it breaks down on ya'
its not the first bad report ive heard from that garage too.
