My oil light is getting on when I go round corners specially on right corners and oil level is not that low. Do you think i am doing damage ? and it's a common fault with corsa ?

u sure it aint hand brake light thats coming on round corners??
usually means brake fluid is low

top up the oil to max. see if it still does it.
