I was adjusting my solenoids today, to make them more effective at opening the doors cos am meant to be having my M.O.T tommorrow.
BUT, after adjusting them so they was working great, i shut the doors, and locked them with my alarm. I then came out to my car bout 10mins later to go to the gym, and i pressed my keyfob and they didnt come up
I'm not to sure whats up with them maybe catching on something, not sure really. But the problem is i cant get in my car now. Tried to ring RAC but i havent got home cover
I'm gonna try them again when my sister gets home in about an hour, hopefully, as she has full cover. Is this my only option though?
Rant over

Or the hammer!
Next time make sure you leave another door open when you adjust them!

My boot is also smoothed, i had left doors and windows open when i adjusted them, i just didnt bank on the locks not working afterwards, its nothing to do with the solenoids opening the doors, its the door locks not operating

I did the same when i had my renault clio!
My sis's b/f works for auto glass, he took my drivers window off the runners some how, dropped the window and in i went!
Simple as that!
My windows were manual, prob able to do the same for eletric ones?
