I applied for a credit card last week and they wouldnt give me one because when they did I credit report, there was no info on me, because I have never borrowed any money. So tell me, how do I get a credit rating in the first place

I have applied for a card with my bank now, hopefully they will give me a card, cos they know im not poor and what my finances are like.

I had that problem when i was younger Jamie, best things you can get are store cards and a contract phone to start your credit rating
