Yeh, I really do think that kind of speed in a 30 is as bad as drink driving, she should be shot IMO.

they were parked at the side of the rd and i went past them at about 35 to 40 then was pulled about 100yds up the rd the says i was speeding but couldnt prove it then i was charged with careless driving then issued with the asbo im confused with it ,they also says it was on a video in the front of there car.

you went past them speeding, how did you not see the car? Going past a parked car speeding in a 30 zone is careless driving, glad they did you! As for the asbo
