I had the same on mine.

When braking hard the back end goes all wavy and shoot. The bias valve needs slackening off.

I'm not too sure which way, but the spring needs to go slack. As the car is lowered, it thinks it has weight in the back that isn't there.

Need to remove the brake compensater spring as it is causing the car to think it is full of people so is putting more pressure on the rear brakes to compensate.

Theres a slider that has a clamp with the spring on it. You can move the clamp to tighten or slacken the spring.

The tighter the spring, the more pressure to the back brakes and vice versa.

It is underneath the car on the right hand side of the rear beam.

I'm sure it is, was a while back when i did mine.

Best bet is to back it off a tad and then go down the road at about 30-40.

Whack em on and see if it's better. Just keep doing that till you feel they are right.

So does the flap need to be pulled all the way forward or pushed all the way back for the bias to be mainly at the front?
