can someone post up some pics of what i should check as im flipping sick of spraying carb cleaner into the intake every two to three days to get it to idle properly. had a new ICV installed and it was fine for around 3-4 weeks and it just started playing up again. just wants to stick around 1400 i suppose better then before the new ICV as it would try and idle anywhere
really fecking annoying is there no permant solution to this, surely not all mini XE owners have to put up with this on a daily basis, i only do around 100-150 miles a week

It could also be your throttle positioning sensor that is makeing it do that mate.
ICV is usually an eratic idle more than sticking at those sort of revs.

try the pipe that links the plenum to the throtle body they split and cause the engine to rev like an icv fault
