just upgraded my phone and registered it with Orange. I dont if the line was bad or whether the guy on the other end was talking quietly but I could hardly hear what he said about free Orange TV downloads and 3G even though I asked him to repeat it.

Does anyone know what the deal is? I'm an existing customer and have just upgraded and I know I am allowed something for free for a certain period of time but I dont have a clue what it is and not ringing back up cos will probably end up with the same problem again...
