adaware is very good at removing adaware and spyware. Zon alarm is good for security,
history sweep is a great program, wipes all the internet, media player, cookies, temp internet files, cookies etc all in one go.

I've got spy bot, ran a test 3 times, also used AVG, and Ad-Aware. Done all these test they all say the computer is clean. But i keep gettin a pop up sayin the computer is infected?????

its best to run spybot in safe mode, turn your pc off then when you turn it back on keep pushin f8 that will then bring up a list, use arrow keys up to safe mode and press enter.
then run spybot and should get rid of everything

Yep, i use Adaware, and Spybot search and destroy, also Xoftspy is very good, finds things most others don't.
Not sure if it was free i probably got a "proper" version from some contacts

is it a web pop up or from your anit-virus? if its a web pop up, its lying to you, ur pc is not infected, they want you to download there pos program

Think it's a web pop up because every time it pops up it says your computer is infected click here to fix. So i click it and it brings up a page selling spy bot sort of stuff. Except it's not free it's about 60 dollars.?
