putting in a seh instead of an xe ?cause the xe u can tune more,n the seh wont produce as much will it tuned?

If you giving both a rebuild and a damn good check over before the conversion which i'd do anyway.

XE all the way, rebuild it properly, dont cut any corners and all will be good!
