Whats the crack? dnt have phone insurance but have a d600 that has water damage, not sure if its going to work when dried out or not, do they just charge you again for the phone, ie at the time the phone was £70??

um just ring them up and say you have a fault with the phone say something like your the speaker isnt working on the phone, if its still under warranty they will send a delivery person out to come and pick the phone up and they will replace the phone at the same time.
free of chrarge aswell. but do not mention water damage as the warranty does not cover accidental dammage.

its not a new phone by the way just a factory refurbished one, but its still a working phone otherwise you will end up paying loads.
worth a try if nothing else but im sure they still do replacments for faulty phones under warranty like that.

yeah but the way it works is a delivery person drops off the new phone and takes the phone from you and sends it straigh to the factory were it is refurbed, there is not much they can do when they have already given you a new phone as they do over the phone line.
the only way that detecting water damage would be a problem is if you took it to the actual retail store as the send the phones off for repair rather than switch them straight over.
