My turbo is pretty much standard, so will concider standard or uprated versions of the following:

Ive got a standard FPR, £20. Or might be able to get hold of the uprated FPR that comes with a phase 3 kit, that'll be £40 i spose. Got my standard actuator here with strengthening spring kit as supplied with phase 3 EDS kit, £50.

plus postage on those bits.
