Several reasons, its not something i put in my diary, some people are new, not everyone goes every year, a year is a long time to remember the date for a cruise

If the tide is in then most of the time they simply move to the car parks on the sea front side..

think hide tied is around 1.30 ish on the monday in question, the official organisers are going to be having a meeting with the guy in control of beach safety regarding what time they will let us on
