Right, can't remember what to do with this "thing" mainly cause I dunno what it is!

Can anyone tell me where to connect the 2 pipes that lead to and from it?

mine has a vacuum pipe from the fuel pressure regulater and a vacuum pipe from the Brake servo pipe and the little red plug from the loom
