on mine you can see the big cup washers.....



but I didnt fit the polybush inside the beam

i think i was one of the first if not the first to get the whiteline bar fitted to the corsa, as demon tweeks were the sole importer of them and i had their first one a fair while back.

Does make a huge difference and well reccomended.

ALSO willay this side is done up too tight!! And as said it does seem that you are short of some washers compared to mine?



Your not meant to deform the rubber bushs, it does state that in the instructions!! It needs some flex for some reason.

IIRC the instructions I had with the kit were non existant or had like a picture of it fitted and thats it

because the bolt wasnt long enough to fit the top bush on as well.

My whiteline bar had a big fold out instructions sheet with it, it was very specific about putting the enclosed white goop in between bushs and all metal, and about not overtightening, if you get the chance mate id get under there and slack it off a tad.
