sadly mine has had a few reliability issues, i shall now explaine these:
1- starter motor keep dying, this is due to the compression ratio. to be expected.
2- funny idle from cold, this was sorted but the laptop the map was saved on was stolen from jamsport during the last break in....
3- not running as fast as it used to, i changed the FPR and fuel pump, the fse boost valve fitted else where before jamsport had the car packed up, needs more mapping, but try finding the time
4-alot of the running problems i have with the car now were all sorted but on an old map as i started above this was stolen an old map was loaded onto the car by accident and the good map is now lost so needs working on all over again!
as for not running up at santa pod, i was going to go, but i went to work instead as i need some money.
now i have my diff fitted and new gear box i think ill do some good times when i get a chance!
if you require any work being done to a 1.6 then please call us, even if you want to turbo it, we have done a 106 with tb's and a charger running re-mapped standard ecu. pretty good hu!

Matt, again, why do you always feel the need to slag people off if you feel you've had trouble with them?
I have had trouble with numerous companies, so has broster, so have loads of other people, but they dont go round telling people to avaoid them
the understanding i have is the same as Teddy's, that there were bits unplugged....
Like he said, it takes one comment to ruin a reputation, and IMO and that of hundreds of other people, they are a good, company. You are the only person i have met who has a problem with them.
Get over it, and move on.

Was a lad nr me who had a silver corsa with a turbo'd 16xe in, running reliably 180 bhp all day, not sure on boost or anything apart from it was done at courtney. I wouldn't go for it myself as courtney rep isn't too good.
He's now got a z20let in his corsa b iirc
